Established in 1991, M.O.T. Strategy is an organization that helps business owners and managers gain the basic knowledge and skills which are essential for leadership and sound decision making in the area of financial literacy and financial management. Louise is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of business experience both as a manager and a consultant. She specializes in the area of financial training, communications and strategic planning. Louise has orchestrated several turnarounds of failing corporate divisions, and frequently acts as a coach and as an adviser to industry associations and member groups challenged with adapting to a new environment.
During her educational career, Louise earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 1976. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University in 1971, graduating Cum Laude. She is affiliated with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, Canadian Franchise Association, Women Executive Network, and Conseil quebecois de la franchise. Louise has also been involved with the Research Ethics Committee of St. Mary's Hospital Center in Montreal.
