Throughout his brilliant professional career, Mr. O'Connor has consistently demonstrated the passion, vision and perseverance necessary to be successful in the business world.
Anthony has over 24 years of experience in banking, working his way up to his current position as a Freelance Consultant for some of the most prestigious financial institutions in South Africa, including Standard Bank and Nedbank. As far back as he can remember, he has had a strong desire to coach and teach, which he now does by utilizing his strength in recognizing and breaking down difficult concepts to help others understand and use his knowledge in the financial arena.
Over the course of his incredibly impressive career, Mr. O'Connor has served in various roles, including Training Manager with Nedbank; Relationship Manager, Management Trainer, Branch Commercial Manager, and Branch Consumer Manager with Standard Bank of South Africa. He started out in the field in 1986 by participating in a four year graduate training program designed to facilitate a full understanding of banking.
During his collegiate career, Anthony earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Economics and Investment Management from the University of Johannesburg. He has also earned numerous certifications and served as a member of the South African Air Force Permanent Staff. Anthony serves as a Board Member with Hope For Healing, a nonprofit Christian ministry.
