As Group Head of the Retail and SME banking division with the African Banking Corporation, as well as throughout her brilliant professional career, Andrea has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Andrea is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing group retail and SME strategy for Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Botswana. She is also in charge of developing, implementing, and managing products, cards, channels, CRM, and partnerships. Andrea must work to ensure the long term prosperity of the business by meeting sales and financial targets. In addition, she manages and develops human resources for the retail banking management team, supervising and monitoring the work of the managers in all operating areas.
Prior to her position with the African Banking Corporation, Andrea served in numerous other management roles in the industry. She worked as a Project Officer of the Africa MSME Program with the International Finance Corporation; Director of the Retail and SME Banking Division in Slovakia for Unicredit; Head of the Customer Retention Program with Erste Bank; and CEE Regional Sales Development Manager for Raiffeisen Bank.
